HIST 620 Modern International History
Taught as schedule allows (consult the Course Directory)
Drawing on both earlier traditions of diplomatic history and newer enthusiasm for transnational approaches, international history has become one of the most exciting subfields in contemporary historiography. This seminar will examine recent trends in international history through discussion of several recent works, and help students consider how international history can help inform their own work.
