Personal Statement
Before coming to graduate school I worked for several years at the Brown Office of International Programs as Study Abroad Resource Advisor. My studies and career path developed as a result of my prior experience studying at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. While my research interests continue to evolve, I am currently studying the development of political and cultural discourse in the Weimar Republic.
