for papers: ISIH Conference,2009
ISIH Conference:
25th-27th May 2009, University of Verona, Italy
"Translatio Studiorum: Ancient, Medieval, and Modern Bearers of Intellectual
History"
Registration fee will be 60 Euros. Participants should be members of ISIH.
The conference theme focusses on eight topics:
1. Methodology of
Intellectual History
2. History of the Aristotelian Tradition
3.
Dictionaries and Lexica of the Modernity
4. History (or Historiography) of
Intellectual History
5. History of Art
6. Ancient and Medieval History
7.
Enlightenment
8. Intellectual Identities.
In addition to sessions devoted to the specific conference themes, there will
also be a general section, covering any aspect of intellectual history.
The organisers welcome abstracts of individual papersas well as proposals for sessions of 3-4 papers.

31 December 2008, to the conference organiser:
