Noria Litaker received a fellowship from the Fondazione Lemmerman to extend her dissertation research to the Vatican Archives. She spent the last year as a fellow of the German Academic Exchange Service, studying "catacomb saints" in early modern Bavaria. She can now pursue her quarry to their native habitat, the catacombs of Rome.
