The American Society of Legal History bestowed its Kathryn T. Preyer Scholar Award on Greg Ablavsky, for his article "Species of Sovereignty: The Law of Nations and the Early American Origins of Indian Law." Greg presented his article at a recent meeting of the Society; an expanded version is forthcoming in Volume 124 of the Yale Law Journal.
