The History department is pleased to announce the publication of an article co-authored by Penn History major Kenneth Ginsburg (CAS/Wharton ’14) and the late Professor Michael Katz. The article, “Immigrant Cities as Reservations for Low Wage Labor,” has just been published in the journal Contexts (Winter 2015) and will be freely available online for the next 30 days.
