Lori Dagger has been awarded a Hamer fellowship from Penn's McNeil Center for Early American Studies for 2015-16. She will be completing her dissertation, "Cultivating Empire: Native Nations, Quaker Missionaries, and the Negotiation of American Imperialism in the Ohio Country, 1754-1846."
