Postdoctoral Associate at the Council on East Asian Studies, Yale University

Holly Stephens has accepted a post as a Postdoctoral Associate at the Council on East Asian Studies, Yale University.  

Inaugurated in the 1999-2000 academic year, the Postdoctoral Associates Program at the Council on East Asian Studies provides promising young scholars specializing in East Asia a year at Yale University in which they can prepare their dissertations for publication, pursue research projects, gain experience teaching advanced seminars to undergraduates, and utilize Yale’s resources.

Holly’s dissertation is "Agriculture and Development in an Age of Empire: Institutions, Associations, and Market Networks in Korea, 1876-1945."  Holly’s committee members are: Prof. Eugene Park (advisor), Prof. Fred Dickinson, and Prof. Walter Licht.
