The Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies has awarded a Stephen F. Cohen–Robert C. Tucker Dissertation Research Fellowship to Kelsey Norris, to support research in Russia during academic year 2016-17. Social Science Research Council International Dissertation Research Fellowship
