Rolf Siverson awarded the Y.H. Park Fellowship in Korean Studies

Rolf Siverson was awarded the Y.H. Park Fellowship in Korean Studies at the University of Pennsylvania for academic year 2020-2021.

 

Rolf’s dissertation is titled “Running an Empire, Building a Nation: Korean Bureaucrats and the Manchukuo Legacy, 1931-1961.”  His committee is: Fred Dickinson (supervisor); Eiichiro Azuma; and Yumi Moon (History, Stanford University).
