Makiki Reuvers receives a C. Conrad and Elizabeth Wright Fellowship

Makiki Reuvers has received a C. Conrad and Elizabeth H. Wright Fellowship from the Massachusetts Historical Society.  The fellowship "supports research in the Society's holdings on any aspect of American religious history."  Makiki will spend four weeks working with the Society’s collections. 

 

Makiki is pursuing a dissertation titled Bodies of Empire: the Political, Religious, and Corporeal Makings of English Subjecthood in Seventeenth-Century New England.  Makiki’s Dissertation Committee is:  Dan Richter (advisor), Kathy Brown, and Sally Gordon.
