Caitlin Collis was awarded the Quinn Foundation Completion Fellowship for 2020-21!
Caitlin’s dissertation is entitled “The Rhetoric and Reality of Roads in Italian East Africa, 1935-1941,” and is based on extensive research in Ethiopia, Italy and the UK. Her committee is: Lee Cassanelli (supervisor); Cheikh Babou; and Eve Troutt Powell.
