HUAB

The History Undergraduate Advisory Board is a student-run organization dedicated to strengthening the relationship between History Majors and Penn History Faculty. We sponsor a variety of events including student-faculty lunches, local museum  history major happy hours, "dinner & a movie" nights, and annual teaching awards.

HUAB is organized by committees, allowing students to take on projects that interest them specifically.  Committees include:  

  • Publicity and Social Media
  • Events
  • Peer Advising 

HUAB holds meetings once a month and welcome anyone who is interested in becoming involved. The HUAB Co-Chairs for the 2017-18 academic year are:

 HUAB co-hosted the 2016 'What Can I Do With a History Major?' event, inviting History alums to talk to current undergrads about their career paths.
